Rates
Our rates are a blend of a reservation fee and an hourly rate. We pride ourselves on providing quality care while supporting our babysitters. Please note, there is no financial obligation for submitting a babysitting request. Before a non-refundable reservation fee is collected we will ensure a babysitter is available, information is accurate and all questions are answered.
Reservation Fee
A non-refundable reservation fee is required PER reservation to confirm your babysitter.
The fee is based on the number of hours and babysitters required. We accept AmEx, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If the time reserved is exceeded, you will receive an additional invoice for the time added. Reservation fees will be charged once a babysitter has been confirmed for your appointment.
All reservations over 12 hours will be charged a $135 Reservation Fee.

Hourly Fee
Hourly Rates are based on the number of children per babysitter.
A 4 Hour minimum is required for all reservations.
There is an additional $5/hr charge for reservations after midnight and before 7:00am.
Driving distances beyond 1/2 hour from the town of Jackson will have an additional charge.

PAYMENTS
Payment of the reservation fee is due to Jackson Hole Babysitting once the reservation is confirmed and a sitter is placed. An online invoice will be provided to you through Square.
The hourly rate paid to the sitter is based on the number of children. Payments are made directly to the sitter and must be made by cash, check, or Venmo at the conclusion of the reservation.
HOLIDAY RATES
Rates increase 50% on July 4th, December 24th after 5:00pm, December 25th as well as January 1st.
Rates double on December 31st starting at 5:00pm and continue till the end of the appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 24-hours in advance, no charges will apply. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a four-hour minimum will apply. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
